I recently purchased a Pride Go Go Sport 3 wheel to use around the house. It is a great machine. The speed is variable from "turtle" and up. The turning radius is very tight which make it easy to move inside our house. Machine has a light, horn, swivel seat, and is very user friendly. Plug in the battery charger every night and it's ready to go.Updated 09/11/2023. I have purchased another mobility scooter from Access Mobility. I purchased a Golden BUZZ Around Carry On as an addition to the Sport 3 I purchased in 2021. I purchased this BUZZ Around 4 wheeler because it is very easy to fold down and transport in the trunk of my car. Tony at Access Mobility worked with me and let me tryout scooters until I found one that met my needs.

Our experience with Access Mobility was wonderful. We started with an at-home visit with Greg who set out all our options. From there we moved to the showroom and tried out the stair chairs and decided which was best for us. Greg was with us and helpful all the way. Then, when we decided to go with the stair chair, Kandace and Scott took over. They were so professional and helpful (and fun!) that when they left we felt totally comfortable with our decision.

I called to arrange an appointment to learn about Bruno Stairlifts. Greg Henson showed up promptly at appointed time. He thoroughly explained all features, including why Bruno made the best lifts. We placed the order with him. He is a very considerate and kind salesman.two weeks later, we received call to schedule our appointment. Cody, the installer called me to let me know he was 45 minutes away. He arrived on time. He asked appropriate questions regarding who would use the lift, power supply area. He set to work, and in about 1-3/4 hours the lift was installed. Cody went over all operation instructions. Cody cleaned up after the install.My wife loves the new lift. She is now abler to go into our basement level, where the game room, home theater is located.We are very pleased with how easy it is to operate the lift. It is quiet and has great safety features.I highly recommend the Access Mobility team and Bruno stairlifts.

Needing assistive devices as we age is a difficult adjustment. That adjustment was substantially eased by the expert help of Angie of Access Mobility. If you guess what you need or merely buy a picture online, you are likely to make that adjustment harder by not buying the best choice to meet your individual needs. I can’t say enough about Angie’s knowledge, kindness and even willingness to assist me with a complication. I have purchased a couple of Walkers from Access Mobility. I have tried 3 different Upwalkers to see if they would work for me. I have had to have all items delivered to me as I was not able to go to their Store. Everyone I have dealt with has been extremely courteous and helpful. I’ve greatly appreciated their patience as I’ve tried different Walkers, their willingness to spend time, make adjustments, work with me as I tried to find a Rollator that would work for me. I have recently purchased a Rollator Walker that is working well for me. Tara & Hank are my heroes- a true answer to my prayer. Friday ofMemorial day weekend, Tara came out and said it would be 10 days before they could install a lift for my Dad who came out of the hospital the day before with a very bad report of a fast growing cancer. My daughter and I were researching light weight wheelchairs today. We went to Access Mobility and talked with Tony about the brands that he sells. Em popped up about colors. The type she was interested in came in black.He called several Rehab Specialists, to see if they sold Quickie wheelchairs, which come in colors. He found us one, shared a card of the person and the best part was when he told the Rehab Specialist that Em wanted a wheelchair in pretty colors.Looking for mobility items? Angie is the very best!! We needed to return 2 chair pillows as they caused our backs to hurt. Angie was very accommodating in letting us return them. At her urging, we tried out a couple other pillows, and ended up purchasing a different one. Sadly, this pillow is not going to work with our back issues. We will need to return it as well, but know that Angie will again accommodate our needs.While we were experimenting with these other pillows, we noticed Angie meticulously working with an older gentleman who was in need of a power wheelchair. He needed lots of attention and patience, and Angie showed much of both to him and his daughter---a trait much lacking in the hussle-bustle of today's world!!!!Access Mobility should be your go-to place for all types of mobility products. Their showroom is full of power wheelchairs, wheelchairs, walkers, knee walkers, scooters, lift chairs, bathroom needs for aging folks, ......many products can be rented for a very reasonable price for short-term use as well.ACCESS MOBILITY is tops in its category. Angie and the staff at Access Mobility are top-notch. My sister had a torn Achilles tendon and could put no weight on her foot for 3 weeks. I contacted Access Mobility and within the day, Angie had someone deliver a Knee-Walker to our house. The delivery person patiently showed us how to use it. I was SO very glad we were able to rent this walker for a very reasonable rate. It allowed my sister to be mobile in the house and helped brighten her spirits during this challenging time. I HIGHLY recommend Access Mobility to anyone needing to rent equipment. They also have a fully-stocked show room with all types of equipment for those with limited mobility and/or those who are becoming more limited with their home lifestyle. Check with Access Mobility FIRST before putting your loved one in a care facility. Most likely they will be able to help you and your family. HIGHLY recommended Access Mobility!!

Hank and Cody worked quickly and efficiently to get my elevator repaired. Hank had come alone originally but the repair required two people. The one difficulty is that the repair people are often scheduled a few weeks out but the cancellation list solved that issue. When Hank found the problem, they got them back in quickly.

We purchased a chair for 3555.55 n April and have been trying for over two months to get a repair on the flaw in the fabric of the chair fixed and are getting no response from Access or Golden beware of what you are getting into. Since my first review Access Mobility contacted us and we have a new chair that my husband is happy with and Alan from Access has contacted us several times so we would like to thank them for their service and the cost was only the delivery fee of $130.00 things always work out for the best

I took my grandmother to look at a new scooter and was not aware that they did not accept her medicare/ medicade until we arrived. But that did not stop Angie from giving us a great experience even after she knew that she would not be able to sell us one of their new scooters. She quickly referred us to another local business that did accept my grandmother's insurance but she also took the time to show us all of the things they offer besides scooters. Before we knew it we had three bags of stuff that will help my grandma be more independent around the house. Angie was super knowledgeable about their products and she kept us smiling/ laughing the whole time. By the end of our visit she even took the time to come out to the car to meet my grandma's new cat snoopy. Angie did all of this knowing she was not going to be able to sell us a new scooter even though she relies on commission from the sales she earns but still gave my grandma and I a great experience really stuck with me because it is not something you see too often after the pandemic. I definitely recommend access mobility in greenwood to anyone that is looking for a place that offers so many products that are focused on making everyday task a little easier and possible for someone that may not have the ability to otherwise. My husband has limited mobility due to congestive heart failure and pulmonary fibrosis. He becomes very short of breath with minimal exertion. We purchased the Golden Buzzaround Carry on scooter. Sure, you can purchase items from the internet. I had passed this store for many years but never needed to stop. I was recently told by rehab people I needed to replace a walker that had been given to me many years ago. The customer service I received was outstanding. Questions were answered and recommendations made as to the right height along with pros and cons of the best type of covering for the back leg.When I had everything I needed, I took the opportunity to browse. Tony was very accommodating and had a power chair available a few days earlier than expected. And, even though it wasn’t the exact one we had anticipated, as this one had a wider seat, Tony didn’t charge us for the upgrade as my father was in great need of the chair for mobility.

I was in search of a lift chair and also looked at two furniture stores. The one that I chose at Access Mobility had a much better warranty than the others I saw. They are family owned and have a very attractive showroom and a good selection. Angie, my salesperson, was very knowledgeable and efficient. I am very satisfied with my purchase and the assistance I received. Angie was great!
