We purchased a chair for 3555.55 n April and have been trying for over two months to get a repair on the flaw in the fabric of the chair fixed and are getting no response from Access or Golden beware of what you are getting into. Since my first review Access Mobility contacted us and we have a new chair that my husband is happy with and Alan from Access has contacted us several times so we would like to thank them for their service and the cost was only the delivery fee of $130.00 things always work out for the best

I took my grandmother to look at a new scooter and was not aware that they did not accept her medicare/ medicade until we arrived. But that did not stop Angie from giving us a great experience even after she knew that she would not be able to sell us one of their new scooters. She quickly referred us to another local business that did accept my grandmother's insurance but she also took the time to show us all of the things they offer besides scooters. Before we knew it we had three bags of stuff that will help my grandma be more independent around the house. Angie was super knowledgeable about their products and she kept us smiling/ laughing the whole time. By the end of our visit she even took the time to come out to the car to meet my grandma's new cat snoopy. Angie did all of this knowing she was not going to be able to sell us a new scooter even though she relies on commission from the sales she earns but still gave my grandma and I a great experience really stuck with me because it is not something you see too often after the pandemic. I definitely recommend access mobility in greenwood to anyone that is looking for a place that offers so many products that are focused on making everyday task a little easier and possible for someone that may not have the ability to otherwise. Tony expertly showed me what Access Mobility had to offer, which was very high quality and available in a couple of weeks. My husband has limited mobility due to congestive heart failure and pulmonary fibrosis. He becomes very short of breath with minimal exertion. We purchased the Golden Buzzaround Carry on scooter. It folds down and is light enough I can get it in and out of our SUV. Hopefully this will improve his quality of life. First, this place is awesome. The people who work at Access Mobility are so kind. I talked to Johnny and Angie.If you are looking to buy a lift chair, scooter or anything medical related to help you or to help you get around, this is the place to go. Sure, you can purchase items from the internet. However, if you are thinking about purchasing a lift chair or scooter (for example), I would pay a visit to Access Mobility as they are very knowledgeable about these items. Think about it: If something were to go wrong with your piece of equipment, you're going to need to have actual help from people who know what they are doing i.e. Access Mobility!I brought my Mom's lift chair in to have it looked at by Johnny. This guy is top notch and he is so happy to help you! He took the time to look at the chair and ended up being able to get it back to working in no time. I had passed this store for many years but never needed to stop. I was recently told by rehab people I needed to replace a walker that had been given to me many years ago. The customer service I received was outstanding. Questions were answered and recommendations made as to the right height along with pros and cons of the best type of covering for the back leg.When I had everything I needed, I took the opportunity to browse. Purchased a Golden lift recliner 761 in July 2021. Delivery was expedient and setup by Access Mobility was quickly accomplished, Had a service call in early November 2021, the remote was defective and replaced on warranty but what delighted us was that they upgraded the backup power unit without being asked to do so as the 2 9 volt batteries had not powered the chair during an electrical outage in September..They remembered our call and took a proactive measure to make us secure in using during severe weather!

I went into the Access Mobility on S. Emerson ave to look at Electric Lift chairs for my wife. Angie met me and took me back to the chairs. She showed me what i was looking for; not real expensive, with firm seat. Got home, showed info to my wife, she came into the store(had to be wheeled in a wheel chair). Angie showed her and I available chairs in our price range and firm seat. We selected one and we got a call later in the day, by Amanda, and said it would be delivered Tues. or Wed. Well, she called back in 1/2 hour or so and said, "we will deliver today."! The same day we purchased the chair. The man who delivered the chair was very kind, polite and willing to take the old chair out of the house and put the new one in! By himself. He was not grumpy or irritable but very pleasant to deal with, and only on the job for 3- weeks. Everyone involved were very helpful and polite. I would highly recommended this business to anyone needing assistance in finding the right accessibility piece for their needs! J.M.

I went to Access Mobility because my spinal stenosis had become so bad that I couldn’t walk much more than 50 feet. Tony Rumble greeted me and was very personable and helpful. We soon decided which scooter and lift fit my needs. He ordered a Golden Companion 440 scooter and a Joey lift. Their installer, Johnny, engineered a method to install the lift GMC Savana Van. It was a perfect fit.I’m now able to go to my grandson’s sporting events. Next week I’m going on a three week vacation through the Northeast and am anxious to use my scooter so my wife does not have to miss anything because of my lack of mobility!!

I recently purchased a Pride Go Go Sport 3 wheel to use around the house. It is a great machine. The speed is variable from "turtle" and up. The turning radius is very tight which make it easy to move inside our house. Machine has a light, horn, swivel seat, and is very user friendly. Plug in the battery charger every night and it's ready to go.

Everything changed in our lives last month and we needed to make changes to our loved ones living conditions. I contacted 3 mobility companies and each one came to quote a stair lift. One person stood out, he is Jimmy Warner and he not only showed us options but he went around the home and made recommendations on other mobility solutions that would make the transition home easier. What a wonderful company to work with! My 98 year old mother needed a scooter to give her more mobility. I live halfway across the country so wasn't able to view the available scooters personally. I called Tony who gave me all of the pros and cons of various models. We settled on a model then set up delivery. Tony made the delivery the very next day! He spent as much time as Mom needed to feel comfortable with all of the "bells and whistles" of her new scooter. Two days later Tony came back to make an additional adjustment to the height of the seat.I can't imagine a more accommodating or responsive company. we went to the pol sites on Tuesday to vote, after seeing the line was over 200 people long I realized there was no way I could stand that long, we left and called the store. BEYOND IMPRESSED with Access Mobility! Cody Pierson and Brad Louzon came to fix and service our stairlift today. They were both professional and personable! After they had finished and I had paid, they offered to put up the safety handrail/grip I mentioned we would be installing. Then they even brought in a shop vac to clean up after the work! An incredible act of kindness and a huge encouragement to my rather tired caregiver’s heart. Kudos to CODY and BRAD and a shout-out to Access Mobility for hiring such great workers! Thank you all!!!

I love my Golden lift chair. So many settings. The swelling in my legs has diminished more than with the compression boots I use. Love the quality of the chair and the ease of use.

I recently stopped in to check their store out. I have driven by a thousand times but never had the need to stop.Getting ready for hip replacement, I needed a few things so I thought what the heck.The staff immediately greeted me and asked how they could help. I had a list of things in mind, but when I told them what type of surgery I was having I needn’t have worried.I was shown around the store with suggestions of products that would come in handy for my recovery.Everything I needed and more was in stock and better than internet pricing!Thanks!

Access Mobility is fantastic! Not only did they return money on a unused product well after the 7 days, they were actually only open on Sat by appointment only which I did not know. I just saw people in the parking lot so I stopped. They were gracious enough not to turn me away and processed my return after they finished with the other client! I even bought two new items for my mother. Will shop there again.

I have an electric lift for my husband and it quit working and I was afraid I would have to buy a new one and they are very expensive. I called Access Mobility and they were so helpful. On 10/28/19 my friend who is a double amputee had her electric wheelchair break down. This chair is her livelihood! I called and talk to Alan at Access Mobility and he asked me to bring it in. The next day the lead Technican, Brad took it apart and put it back together and saw it needed a new motor. They had one of the same models there and they took the motor out of it so she could get her chair back as quickly as possible!! Brad an Alan, you guys ROCK!!! 😊

Don’t buy online! Go see Tony at AM. He is so knowledgeable and helpful! He listens, he will stay after hours and he listens, wait I already said that, but it’s important! You can try out everything at their showroom, so many items to help with any mobility problem you have! They are so honest! I could have purchased my scooter online, but it would have been the wrong one and I needed something right away, not three weeks from now! And they stand behind everything they sell! Please go and check out their showroom!! You won’t be disappointed!!

Tony has helped me on several occasions and is always very knowledgeable about the product and willing to take the extra steps to answer questions. We had to install a stairlift a few years ago to accommodate an elderly family member.Access Mobility worked with us to get the tax for the lift cancelled by advising us to get a prescription for the lift.The lift was installed without any sort of drama, and has worked properly until recently. We had to call a service call for an issue with the chair, and Access Mobility worked to quickly diagnose the issue and get parts quickly. They always announced when they would be there and were punctual and polite.I would recommend this company to anyone.

I always have a great experience when dealing with Access. They have installed a power chair lift in 2 vehicles and repaired a minor problem with it so it works perfectly.
