Friday ofMemorial day weekend, Tara came out and said it would be 10 days before they could install a lift for my Dad who came out of the hospital the day before with a very bad report of a fast growing cancer. The type she was interested in came in black.He called several Rehab Specialists, to see if they sold Quickie wheelchairs, which come in colors. Angie is the very best!! We needed to return 2 chair pillows as they caused our backs to hurt. Angie was very accommodating in letting us return them. At her urging, we tried out a couple other pillows, and ended up purchasing a different one. Sadly, this pillow is not going to work with our back issues. We will need to return it as well, but know that Angie will again accommodate our needs.While we were experimenting with these other pillows, we noticed Angie meticulously working with an older gentleman who was in need of a power wheelchair. He needed lots of attention and patience, and Angie showed much of both to him and his daughter---a trait much lacking in the hussle-bustle of today's world!!!!Access Mobility should be your go-to place for all types of mobility products. Angie and the staff at Access Mobility are top-notch. My sister had a torn Achilles tendon and could put no weight on her foot for 3 weeks. I contacted Access Mobility and within the day, Angie had someone deliver a Knee-Walker to our house. The delivery person patiently showed us how to use it. I was SO very glad we were able to rent this walker for a very reasonable rate. It allowed my sister to be mobile in the house and helped brighten her spirits during this challenging time. I HIGHLY recommend Access Mobility to anyone needing to rent equipment. They also have a fully-stocked show room with all types of equipment for those with limited mobility and/or those who are becoming more limited with their home lifestyle. Hank and Cody worked quickly and efficiently to get my elevator repaired. Hank had come alone originally but the repair required two people. The one difficulty is that the repair people are often scheduled a few weeks out but the cancellation list solved that issue. When Hank found the problem, they got them back in quickly.

We purchased a chair for 3555.55 n April and have been trying for over two months to get a repair on the flaw in the fabric of the chair fixed and are getting no response from Access or Golden beware of what you are getting into. I took my grandmother to look at a new scooter and was not aware that they did not accept her medicare/ medicade until we arrived. But that did not stop Angie from giving us a great experience even after she knew that she would not be able to sell us one of their new scooters. She quickly referred us to another local business that did accept my grandmother's insurance but she also took the time to show us all of the things they offer besides scooters. Before we knew it we had three bags of stuff that will help my grandma be more independent around the house. Angie was super knowledgeable about their products and she kept us smiling/ laughing the whole time. By the end of our visit she even took the time to come out to the car to meet my grandma's new cat snoopy. Angie did all of this knowing she was not going to be able to sell us a new scooter even though she relies on commission from the sales she earns but still gave my grandma and I a great experience really stuck with me because it is not something you see too often after the pandemic. I definitely recommend access mobility in greenwood to anyone that is looking for a place that offers so many products that are focused on making everyday task a little easier and possible for someone that may not have the ability to otherwise. However, if you are thinking about purchasing a lift chair or scooter (for example), I would pay a visit to Access Mobility as they are very knowledgeable about these items. Purchased a Golden lift recliner 761 in July 2021. Delivery was expedient and setup by Access Mobility was quickly accomplished, Had a service call in early November 2021, the remote was defective and replaced on warranty but what delighted us was that they upgraded the backup power unit without being asked to do so as the 2 9 volt batteries had not powered the chair during an electrical outage in September..They remembered our call and took a proactive measure to make us secure in using during severe weather!

I went into the Access Mobility on S. Emerson ave to look at Electric Lift chairs for my wife. Angie met me and took me back to the chairs. She showed me what i was looking for; not real expensive, with firm seat. Got home, showed info to my wife, she came into the store(had to be wheeled in a wheel chair). Angie showed her and I available chairs in our price range and firm seat. We selected one and we got a call later in the day, by Amanda, and said it would be delivered Tues. or Wed. Well, she called back in 1/2 hour or so and said, "we will deliver today."! The same day we purchased the chair. The man who delivered the chair was very kind, polite and willing to take the old chair out of the house and put the new one in! By himself. He was not grumpy or irritable but very pleasant to deal with, and only on the job for 3- weeks. Everyone involved were very helpful and polite. I went to Access Mobility because my spinal stenosis had become so bad that I couldn’t walk much more than 50 feet. Tony Rumble greeted me and was very personable and helpful. We soon decided which scooter and lift fit my needs. He ordered a Golden Companion 440 scooter and a Joey lift. Their installer, Johnny, engineered a method to install the lift GMC Savana Van. It was a perfect fit.I’m now able to go to my grandson’s sporting events. Next week I’m going on a three week vacation through the Northeast and am anxious to use my scooter so my wife does not have to miss anything because of my lack of mobility!!

I recently purchased a Pride Go Go Sport 3 wheel to use around the house. It is a great machine. The speed is variable from "turtle" and up. The turning radius is very tight which make it easy to move inside our house. Machine has a light, horn, swivel seat, and is very user friendly. Plug in the battery charger every night and it's ready to go.

I came in with my mother whom is totally dependent on mobility to get around. We entered the Access Mobility business near closing and was awarded A wonderful Man named Tony. Tony was very patient with my mother and I as we carefully tested several mobility scooters.Closing time came and EVERY other employee left Mr Tony and he continued to patiently work with us. NOT ONE MOMENT did I feel rushed, but we felt as if we was Mr Tony's first client of the day.After we purchased our scooter he went . Above and beyond and helped me arrange the new scooter in my trunk...Mr Tony done so much for us.. and left a lasting impression..
